Returns
We want you to love your order from Always Grateful Co. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us right away at support@alwaysgratefulco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are automatically sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
